- Home delivery charge is 100 taka all over Bangladesh.
- Home delivery will take 1-2 days in Dhaka Metropolitan City and 2-3 days outside of Dhaka.
- Products will be delivered to the customers’ home/ premises of the home by a Steadfast courier rider. Home delivery is restricted only to the ground floor.
- If the product is required to be carried to any floor other than the ground floor, the customer has to pay 50taka for each floor for each product.
- Products will be delivered up to the place accessible to the rider.
- Product delivery may be deferred due to unavoidable circumstances with prior concern with the customers.
- Please check the product during delivery time. After delivery, any product is not changeable.
- You are cordially requested to check and confirm any problem on the spot to our delivery man. Any claim after that will be invalid and shall not be satisfied.
